All I can say is I had great intentions but my lower back decided on something else. I started out with too much weight and deep down I probably knew better. Started out with 85# and dropped 10# with each round. By the time I went into KB swings during round 3 my back muscles quickly and painfully informed me I was done. Not like drop to a lighter weight done, but done and go get some ice done. Big giant 3 1/2 rounds completed somewhere between 11 & 13 minutes. I feel like I've been living in frustration nation for too long.
