WOD

Every Minute on the Minute for 20 minutes of:
On even minute complete,
7 Pull ups
15 push ups
On Odd minute complete,
15 situps
30 Double Unders

Wish I would've done that workout differently. I should've counted the number of completed rounds in 20 min rather than switching even though I didn't complete the full rotation.
All I know is I managed to complete all the pull-ups (they were pathetic, my arms felt like noodles trying to pull up a roast), sit-ups and usually about 1/2 of the DUs. I have zero clue how many push ups I did.
