WOD

 "Murph"
For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest, wear it.
We will gather at the gym at 0700.

52:00, 8 min. faster than before; however, last time I wasn't able to complete 20 of the push-ups and 40 of the pull-ups. Did knee push-ups and stacked 4 - 45lbs weights to do jumping pull-ups
